  3. ‚Ä¢ The Batch/.PDB=>.FIT‚Ķ operation doesn't save always the .FIT files in the 'Batch Fldr'.
  4. ‚Ä¢ Rotation around X+Z-axes should be improved.
  5. ‚Ä¢ Rotation of overlapped structures is done only cleanly around the Z-axis (vertical).
  6. ‚Ä¢ The 'FoldIt Prefs' folder should go where it belongs: the Preferences folder.
  7. ‚Ä¢ The  Save As‚Ķ/.Anim‚Ķ menu item is not functional.
  8. ‚Ä¢ Atom info dialogs should be modeless dialogs.
